Giulia le Roux was only seven years old when she wrote this story in French, and it has now been retold in English by her godfather, Nataniel. Nataniel loved the book so much (the story as well as the fantastic illustrations) that he decided to translate the book into Afrikaans and English. Giulia lives in France, but her connection with South Africa remains strong.
Nataniël is a South African singer, songwriter, entertainer and best-selling author. He is a household name and known for his solo stage acts as well as his lifestyle and cooking shows on TV.
