The author: Gavin Evans has practiced as a journalist in South Africa and the UK and is the author of 10 books of non-fiction. He lectures at Birkbeck College, University of London, and is a member of the Royal Institution’s ‘Challenging Pseudoscience’ group. Evans lives in the UK and frequently travels to South Africa.
